Preparatory work
Ensure that the hand sanitizer pump dispenser is properly installed on the bottle filled with hand sanitizer and that the bottle is placed smoothly.
 
Hand and press
Hold the bottle with one hand to keep it steady.
Press the top of the pump head with the index finger, middle finger, or thumb of your other hand.
 
Control the number and intensity of compressions
Gently press the pump head, usually once to get the right amount of hand sanitizer. If you need more, you can appropriately increase the number of presses, but be careful not to push too hard, so as not to squeeze out too much hand sanitizer and cause waste.
 
Get hand sanitizer
After pressing, the hand sanitizer will flow from the outlet of the pump head. Reach under the outlet to catch the hand sanitizer.
 
Cleaning pump head
After use, if there is residual hand sanitizer around the pump head, wipe it clean with a clean paper towel or damp cloth to keep the pump head clean and hygienic.
